If you are replacing a 2019 or later bevel gear cover, you will need the following parts.
[KAWASAKI OEM part number]
・Pin: 92043-1606
*Thermal barrier mat: 53004-1124 (You can transplant the one originally attached to the new 800, but the shape is slightly different)
*Socket bolt M5 x 14: 92151-1581 x 2 (The new 800's are about 4mm longer than the previous ones)
*Plastic washers: 92022-1023 x 2
*Bolts and heat shield sheet are not included.Please use the stock one.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons..
The classic logo and lines used on the famous W1SA and W3 "Y-covers" of the 70's have been recreated on a modern W bevel gear cover.
The fins on both sides are evenly spaced with the head and are designed to blend in with the engine as a whole without feeling out of place.
Fin Type: Only convexed part is polished.
The back of the logo on both of them is uneven, and black is added with the line.
