I have many uses for the compass so I do not want to permanently attach it to the bike. I will find a way to keep it removable. Maybe a sucker. I took a risk with this item as the only place to put it was on a non-magnetic metal instrument screen, and quite close to the instrumentation too. Unfortunately this does mean it does get occasional interference from magnetic fields on the bike. This isn't a big deal for me as I mainly just want to know which general direction my bike is travelling when in unfamiliar territory. If there was one thing this compass lacks, that would be a glow in the dark feature; which it doesn't have..hence it's useless when on the move at night.

Recommended for touring mapple users
It looks good when attached to the back of the Screen. This type of product has been around for a long time, but with Navigation being used by the majority, it is an item that we do not want to see go away.

I use it to locate where I can't get a signal.

I use the Compasses to easily check which direction I'm running in while driving, and when I'm touring in the summer relying on my phone's Navigation and it malfunctions on the Holder.
How was your experience with it?
It's the ultimate weapon for Analog alone, and it works fast.

It is necessary to make sure that it is not affected by the magnetism of the surroundings at the time of installation by running the engine. I think that the place where it can be installed is considerably limited.
Point and hang of installation
Because the magnetic force is emitted from various devices, please put Engine on and stick it after confirming whether the influence of the magnetism of the surroundings is not emitted in the state that always runs sufficiently.
