When I bought the GROM and tried slalom and mountain road driving, I knew I wanted Rear Sets I'm here
After comparing them on Webike, I decided on this BabyFace footpeg
[Do you have any products to compare it to?
Check out Rear Sets for GROM on Webike for a complete check and comparison and I did
Is it somewhere between what you like the look of and the price point? We selected it because it's the best one
How was your experience with it?
Both Up and Back felt natural, and I didn't feel uncomfortable riding for the first time after installing it
On the other hand, if you want to change the position more intensely, you may find it insufficient
Personally, I'm happy with the position
the footpeg's non-slip finish is ThornThornThorn is intense and grips well
It hurts when you touch your bare skin, like when you ride with your ankles out
the footpeg doesn't slip, so you can move around on the car without worry
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The link between the brake master and Lever is close to the OEM exhaust system (see below) a) In the second picture, you have to install the Lever in the front down position, otherwise it will interfere with the toe down position Position
It may be difficult to see, but the image shows the mounting position to avoid Limit interference
Lever angle setting freedom, although you may want to up the footpeg position by a fewmm It would have been nice to have more degrees
Was the installation difficult?
The GROM has a footpeg that is co-tightened with the Swingarm Pivot Shaft It is undeniably more complicated to install than a normal car
(Naturally, the same is true for other manufacturers' footpegs
There are many ways to replace the Swing Arm without dropping the Swing Arm with a replacement Shaft on the Net I worked with it as a reference
[Was the Instruction Manual easy to understand?
The Illustration of the Parts diagram is carefully done, so I didn't get lost in the mounting position
The installation procedure was not explained in detail, so we proceeded with a tentative fit
【Please tell me the installation point and hang】
The position of the holes for the Exhaust System and Bracket (b in the 2nd image) It was somewhat difficult to match the
Loosen the bolts on the Bracket as well as its surrounding parts and use the rattling to position them I did
A female screw is cut into the Bracket, but it would be a little easier if you can fix it with a nut Maybe
(Then I'd be worried about the interference with Swing Arm, Fender &hellip ;)
Do you have any wishes or improvements you would like to make for the Manufacturer?
In addition to the Brake lever and exhaust bracket mentioned above
Shift rod and LINK are bolted with a long spacer (3) I got the impression that only this part (c) of the second image was more vulnerable than the other parts
There is no functional problem as it is, but I think it's even better if there is a little more Firmly feeling
It might be a good idea to install the Shift spindle holder, which is sold separately
I've written a lot of orders because the price is reasonable, but in general, I'm satisfied with the use of the product I do
Repair parts can also be purchased from BabyFace's website, so you can use it for a long time I would like to do this
* About quality and texture, Machined from aluminum and anodized black with the Sato Racing logo etched into the foot pedals for the finishing touch. Bearing are used on the foot pedals pivots for precision movement.* About the feeling of use, Solid feel in use and an array of adjustments available to suit your required positioning. The machined knurled finish on the footpegs have plently of grip and they look fantastic in the all black finish.* Products to buy together, The shift spindle holder from Sato Racing is recommended to also install along with the rearset kit to remove any flex from the shift spindle during gear changes.* Difficulty of installation, Installation requires removal of the swingarm pivot bolt and transfering of the rear brake components, followed by completing the adjustments of the footpegs, foot pedals and pedal tips to suit. The process was completed in 120 minutes with a little difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, There are some really cheap options from Morin if you have a limited budget but I find the Sato Racing rearsets in the mid price range with a solid build quality and fantastic look.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 8 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, This particular rearset kit is for solo riding only and if you are needing a rearset kit for 2 up riding Sato Racing also have such a kit available but for a significantly higher price. Circuit and Touring are fun, but since Handlebar is NORMAL, it becomes Position that you want to challenge Gymkhana and in places like to run with Stop & Go, it is easy to lock Rear - - - (;^_^A
It is troublesome to work normally as it is fastened with Swivel's Pivot because of the structure, but the same as Shaft etc.. It is recommended because Shaft of the following diameter is prepared and replaced so that the troubles are lightened.View Detail
Although Reverse Change and Wae Big wrote it, since I could not make a reverse change, I abandoned it.
The text was changed by my point, but no response.View Detail
