I used this product when porting Secondary of PCX 125 to TIGRA 125 to use thick and durable PCX 150 Belt.
However, in the end I decided to use NORMAL's Center spring of PGO TIGRA 125.
◆ Impression ? There was a situation where the number of revolutions at the time of the maximum Large acceleration dropped by 1000 rpm from the previous 9000 rpm. ? Spring rate is higher for Center Spring of TIGRA 125 NORMAL than this product. ? Since the number of rotations fell, we reduced the total WR by 6 g and kept the number of revolutions, but BeltSlip seemed to be more heavy and Rubber's sharpening came out more
◆ trial and error I initially thought that various factors existed because we changed the Large half of the drive system parts first, but since this product is such that the Spring rate is 11% UP NORMAL ratio, we are talking about 6 g light weight WR I changed to 9000 rpm. ? We intend to reassemble to Reinforced Spring for TIGRA of Advance Pro that we used before and we decided to record the properties of each Center spring at the same time.
A conclusion ? As a conclusion by comparing the measurement result with the present condition, the set load and Spring rate of KITACO are somewhat disadvantageous to TIGRA 125, ? Advance Pro (Light blue paint) Things of this Class (From the viewpoint of the strength of driving system consumables) There is a possibility that it is too strong.

I was troubled by the short life span of the Belt of TIGRA125. (It needs to be replaced in the 1000km range.) After much consideration, the Belt of PCX150 is 2mm wider than TIGRA:They are 1mm thick and Since the price is cheap, I decided to install the Driven side of PCX125 in order to be able to use it.
I've used the same Spring in the past on my LEAD 100, and I had a good impression of it, so I decided to try it again.
As a result. ? At full throttle, the rpm has been reduced from about 9,000 to 8,000 rpm in the previous configuration. ? Engine braking has been suppressed. ? We won't know about the durability until we drive it for more than 1000km, but there is no problem in about 200km now.
Assumptions The range of motion of Driven is about 1.7mm. Driven's range of motion is about 1.7mm. PCX has a larger range of motion than TIGRA, which increases the freedom of movement of the Belt and reduces the stress on the Belt. ? Thicker and longer belts prevent excessive tension and extend the life of the product.
Comparison of Belt dimensions, etc. 20mm x 815mm by TIGRA KN (Actual measured circumference length) PCX150 DAYTONA 22mm x 823mm (Actual measured circumference length) The thickness of the belt for PCX is about 1mm thicker than that for PCX.
From what I've seen on the camera, the KN's are just rubbers, except for the outer reinforcing fiber and the surface layer. In addition to the perimeter reinforcing fibers and the surface layer, DAYTONA's products also have an extra layer of rubber inside that follows the shape of the unevenness. It looks like it's reinforced with fibers, but it's strong.
The following processing was done ? Replacement of the Needle bearing on the Driven side (The shaft diameter is different.) The drive pulley/face is turned to be a friction surface up to the vicinity of the boss. By turning the drive pulley/face to be the friction surface up to the vicinity of the bosses at 15° the drive pulley/face is turned to be a surface of friction. Compatible with the increased width of the Belt
I used a TIGRA Normal clutch and I replaced all but the Drive pulley boss. For your reference, here's what we've got

Great changes upon change from original clutch spring. Improves top end with smoother and fast acceleration from 0 to 120km/h. Best with performance clutch full set. Recoil of the spring are much tighter than the original. Great use on accelerations and distance top end.View Detail
