Wide Swingarm with a very thick hexagonal cross section
GM-MOTO has completed the wide swingarm for Monkeys after about 2 years of development.It is manufactured by KEPSPEED, which is a high precision machined aluminum product.
The width has been widened by 2.5cm (220mm) on both sides to make it ultra-wide. We have also developed wide hubs, wide suspension holders, drive sprocket offset kits and 5.5J 3-piece aluminum wheels to be released as a complete kit.
This swingarm is a product of KEPSPEED, a manufacturer of high quality aluminum parts.
[About the Installation]
The bracket for fixing the rear brake master cylinder is not included in the kit. Please prepare it separately. The drive sprocket offset kit requires scraping off the sprocket part of the generator cover. In addition, it correspond to the engine in JAPAN and RONGSIN engine but some CHINA engine such as REEFAN 150cc does not correspond to 4-point.
Please use 420 size for MONKEY for Front and Rear sprocket. The instruction manual for assembly is included. Please be careful to assemble with reference from the instruction manual. However, the commonsense technique on the maintenance is not stated in the instruction manual. Please doe the assembly works in case you are experiencing in motorcycle maintenance. GM-MOTO will not guide because the number of frame in the drive chain will differ depending on the customer's body condition and the sprocket around.
Please make sure together where there is abnormality contact point or not even if the rear suspension is in a full bottom.Please do processing to reduce the gap with a washer in case there is a clearance in between your frame and this swingarm of 0,5mm or more on each side. A high load is applied to the swingarm and the some worst cases t might cause damage to the parts in case the pivot shaft is tightened while the clearance is large. Please be careful to the occurrence of so-called "initial looseness" after start running, and please conduct a frequent inspection so as not to cause unexpected trouble.
[With regards to the warranty]
There are cases the small scratches and scratches may occur due to transport problems.It will not be covered by the warranty except for the defect that is significantly impair the value or function of the product.In addition, please note that NO RETURN/ECHANGE/CANCELLATION of product. Moreover, troubles after the start of running are often caused by driving situation, maintenance situation, or mismatch with car body condition, so it is difficult to distinguish them from the cause of each individual product, so we will consider it as exemption entirely.
