The Kitaco springs are physically smaller size than stock standard ones in the Pcx already,when you installed them they are stretched where as the stock ones are not. My rpm clutch engagement dropped down by 200rpm. Not a good product....View Detail

In NORMAL, the meet timing was too low and the Clutch connected while EngineStalling, and I was dissatisfied with FeeRing, so I changed it. After the change, it became smooth without stalling because it started to meet at slightly higher rpm. If you use this principle, you can install it without using too much force.View Detail

PCX-Ive tried Kitaco,Takegawa,Daytona,Stock vario,various sizes DR Pulley sliders,rollers etc etc on all and i can say Daytona is the best variator out of those mentioned with Takegawa close second. Daytona and Takegawa will do 125+kmh but Daytona has better midrange to top speed response. I recommend 11.5gx6 or 12gx6 rollers with Daytona. Takegawa 8.5gx6 with sport exhaust or 9.5gx6 with stock exhaust.View Detail
This is a really good upgrade and value for money. The fins are half size of stock pulley so wind resistance on the crank is halved,size is same as the stock pulley but the face (where the belt slides) is steeper than stock,so when fully closed it pushes the belt higher up to achieve higher top speed.Also has a built in washer/spacer to increase width between the pulleys to allow belt further drop at the front to maximise takeoff speed.View Detail
