YAMAHA MT-09 (FZ-09)

This bike came in with a bit of road rash on the right side crank case cover and the owner wanted it replacing. No problem, I know a place that sells these. Finding the right crank case cover was straight forward by using the tools Webike provide and then cross referencing with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. The cover was really good vcalue and I managed to get it whilst this model was in the sale. So much more cheaper than I could source locally. WIth a couple of other smaller parts in my order, I got them all shipped together via EMS and the order arrived in 5 days. The cover came in the Yamaha box and was also surrounded with bubble wrap which Webike warehouse added. No damage was sustained during transit which was perfect for me. The crank case cover is a really well manufactured part. Pretty sure it is cast but that is not a bad thing. The cover is a very precise part and all the mount holes need to be perfect. No need to worry with that as this is a Yamaha part. The paint finish is flawless and is a lovely slightly glossed Yamaha grey that matches the colour of the original one. Fitting was a piece of cake and I also added the new cover gasket to keep it all snug. Very happy customer so thank you Webike. Excellent.View Detail

This was the crank case cover gasket that was to replace the old gasket after the crank case cover swap. No point in using an old gasket when you can easily get a genuine replacement Yamaha one for this money. Finding the right gasket was easy as I already had the schematic for the crank case cover anyway. The price for the new gasket was really good value too and added to teh order, it was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days. The gasket was kept nice and flat during transit and was in perfect condition upon arrival. Witht he new crank case cover and this gasket, the job was very straight forward and took literally half an hour to complete. This was a part I wanted to get for my wife's bike, the MT09 which did not have a guard on the radiator. I have used R&G many times before forjust this part as they are great. Finding the right one for this MT09 was not hard as I just checked R&G website and that gives you all the alternative for options on this bike. The guard from R&G was pretty good and was a little cheaper thn I could source locally. With a couple of other smaller parts already in my basket, I got them all shipped voa EMS together to save ona bit of shipping. EMS got my order to me in perfect condition on 5 days. The radiator gurad came in the R&G box andhad all the accessories I needed to fit to the bike. I have to say, a long time ago, I did have a radiator guard from R&G and the paint finish did not last too long but by the looks of this new one now, they have improved the paint finish tremendously. This has a nice shiny but kind of matt finish. The mesh in the grill is small enough to not let any big rocks or stones through ehich is great in my opinion. Yes, I could have got a different radiator gusrd from another brand but I do trust R&G nowadays. Fitted easily enough but take your time and you will be fine. We wanted to try the new air filter for this bike over the aftermarket one already fitted which was not doing so good. I have never found them to be anything less than the quality as the standard OEM filters are anyway and do not have any less performance even with filters that cost twice as much. Finding the correct filter for the bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter. Super easy. I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 5 days but there was a weekend inbetween too. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. This filter does not look much but you can see each of the fins are perfectly aligned and uniform, OEM quality of course. The filter arrived in perfect condition and fitted as I mentioned above in about half an hour total and that was including cleaning the surfaces and prepping everything. The final result was great, all sorted and no leaks or additonal air entering the system. If you do it right the first time, follow the instructions this won't happen anyway. This was something I had been meaning to buy but never got around to it. The correct tank pad was not hard to find, I just filtered the manufacturer and then model of bike and there were a couple to choose from. I deceided on the genuine Yamaha one as it will fit as it should do with it being made for this bike. The cost was not too bad actually and better than I had seen for sale locally. With a couple of other tank pads for other bikes, I had them all shipped together via EMS. EMS just do what they say and get your order to you quickly. Mine arrived 5 days after the shipping date which is perfect. The entire order was neatly packed in the box, the tank pads were all kept nice and flat so there was no distortion which could have been a problem when fitting. The tank pad came in a Yamaha packet and was neatly presented. The pad itself feels very nice and smooth but does have a bit of friction due to the materials used. I was expecting a slightly more domed gel pad but for what it is, it's fine for my needs. Fitting was straight forward and when on without issue although I pre fit with low tach tape to get the placement visually before starting. 100% worth it. Not a soft Seat, but its like around your ass, and hold very well. Its got a more flat seatig position, and you not slips on the tank. Also wider at the back section Than the original, but ön the front pretty much the same and you got that slim feeling like on the original Seat. The Seating height is also same to the original Seat.View Detail

I needed for the 2016 Yamaha MT09 I have got in my garage. This is a oil pump cover gasket number 2. Also I had to change the actual crank case for this too so a new gasket was a good purchse. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Yamaha parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new crank case, that is one more thing finished off. This was 2 of 2 cases I needed for an accident damaged MT09. The bike had been in a small accident which resulted in both the crank case cover and oil pump cover getting proper damaged. I found the correct part number by using the tools available from Webike help section. The part was pretty easy to find that way. Webike's price for this part was very good value. A lot lower than I could source locally here in the UK. With some other parts in my basket and shipped by EMS all arrived in 5 days.EMS are good value, very fast in delivering and better than some other couriers. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit and fill any space with bubble wrap and air pockets so nothing can be bounced about in transit. All arrived at my door perfectly. The crank case cover is a good piece of manufacturing. The threads are really neat and not sharp with burrs or unfinished. The paint on it is a perfect match to the one being replaced, it is a nice satin grey, I think this is a standard Yamaha engine colour paint. It look awesome once fitted, just like the crank case cover does. Didn't take too long to fit, pretty straightforward, just eveything in reverse really.
