Completely made from steel, this item is very heavy, but not heavier than the stock one.Chrome plating quality is very good.Black intake manifold is universal part and has many holes drilled in it for different installations, so a silicone gasket maker is required to fill unused holes to avoid air leaks.Also some electrical tape wrapped around carburettor intake is needed to fit cleaner without gaps.This filter is equipped with reusable sponge cleaner element which is better than usual textile one.Filter element arrived not pre-oiled because of postal restrictions, it should be oiled with any air filter oil before usage.Engine breather tube (wider one) can be connected to drain tube (thin one) or equipped with any breather filter (not included).Emission control system tube (very wide one) should be simply closed with any plug if it still present.After installation the cleaner is greatly extends beyond to the right, but it is not changing the knee position.All in all the general appearance and the functionality of the product is excellent.View Detail

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is aluminum alloy with a permanent magnet on the base of the bolt. About the feeling of use, Would have to be one of the better value magnetic drain bolt that allows for securing with lockwire and successfully removes fine iron powder from the engine oil.Products to buy together, The drain bolt only comes with one sealing washer so it would be a good idea to add a few spare sealing washers to your cart for future oil changes.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the drain bolt for my installation was very easy due to the exhaust not limiting the access with the use of a socket and 3/8 drive ratchet.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great. You receive a drain bolt with a strong magnet and the head of the bolt has the functions to attach locking wire. The pricing of other drain bolts with similar features like the one from Takegawa is double the price and I don't see the reason for it.About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. I find the link supplied to track my order very useful and the order arrived within the estimated date range. Extremely well packaged and the Webike staff even added one of their stickers to the order which I'll be adding to my helmet. The oil on this bike was due for a change and therefore, we also needed to source a new sump plug and also the washer that goes with it. It is always better to be safe than sorry so you don't have any leaks whilst changing. The part was not super hard to find by simply using the tools Webike provide on their hel pages and to be 100% sure, I also cross referenced with Kawasaki schematics. The price for the washer was really good value and added to the other parts in my order, the shipping worked out really cost efficient too. Shipped by EMS all arrived in 5 days. EMS are good value, very fast in delivering and better than some other couriers. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit. This washer came in the Kawasaki packaging and are really good quality. They are very well made and no tarnishing was found. The are only washers but as they are essentially crush washers, they are definitely needed. Fitted pretty easily and finished off this rebuild. No danger of a leaky sump plug now. So, this bike had a lot of issues with a leak from the radiator system which the customer could not figure out where it was coming from. It was found upon closer inspection that a couple of the small o rings had failed in the system and disintegrated somewhat. Time for a set of new ones. The parts were not hard to find using the help pages and tools Webike provide. I did a little more research to make sure these were the correct ones too. The price was perfect and very cheap, I ordered a couple so I would have a spare if needed. The order was sent via EMS and arrived with me in 5 days from shipping. The o rings are not particularly exciting but they do hold an important job with the system as the owner found out. Luckily, there was not damage to any of the o rings in transit and they are just great condition. There is enough flex but not too soft for the job in hand. Kawasaki do know how to make o rings is all I have to say. Great work Webike, one happy customer.View Detail
