Ok so it's just an oil filter. An oil filter that gets changed through out the bikes life. So, why bother buying really cheap aftermarket ones or the really expensive one when you know the genuine will work perfectly and give a great life span. The filter was easy to find, it also fits quite a few different models so is readily available. The price was really good, and still better than could source locally for the same Honda part. As I always have more than one part in each order, the cost of shipping is really good. I generally use EMS as it gets to me very quickly and the tracking is full, I mean FULL as in every step of the journey. I know exactly when the order will be delivered and apart from once, the delivery has always been on time. Every part in the order was well packaged as expected and the outer box was sealed on all sides so none of my smaller parts could escape.There is not really much to say about the finish of this oil filter as there is not really much you can see, The paint on the outer is really good and no runs or blemishes on it at all. The filter threaded on really easily and obviously, with any oil filter change, a small amount of oil on the end just to help seal.Fitted in no time at all and filled the oil in the engine. This was a set for the FZ8 2012 of a customer who wanted to try the EBC brand for themselves. Although this is not a large powered bike, when it is on the track, you can virtually pin it all the way around a lot of the UK circuits. Finding the correct part was pretty easy as I visited EBC website and put my model details in. Webike had these in stock and so ordered with a few other parts. The shipping was fast and via EMS, delivered to me in 5 days. All was packed really well and did not move during transit, no damage at all. The pads came in their own EBC branded packet and arrived with no chips or any visual damage at all. The sintered material looks really coarse so no doubt they will stop the bike when needed. They were fitted really easily and without a hitch. After speaking to the bike owner a few days later, they confirmed they have a great initial bite with no ill effects.
