After replacement my VFR 1200FD became convenient for me at last. I can seat almost strait and my back is not tired after riding bike. And it looks great :) As for installation, I only have to adjust bar end weights, all other details were moved to the new handlebar without any development.View Detail

Another washer that turned out o be totally missing was this one for the exhaust. This is one that is used between the bolt and the exhaust mounting rubber. Yes, not a really important one but if you are going to do a job right, then do it right first time. The washer was not a hard part to find when using the Honda schematics. The price for this from Webike was really good value too. This washer does fit a lot of other areas on the CBR1000RR and other models in this range so is readily available. One of the last parts for now in this order for the CBR1000RR 2014 and I got them all shipped using my preferred courier, EMS. My order arrived safely in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse. All the parts were well packaged and did not sustain any damage during transit. This small washer was even packaged inside the standard Honda packet but them inside another packet from Webike to keep all the small parts together and safe. The washer is a nicely made one, pretty boring looking but the specifications were spot on. Fitting was super easy and very fast as it is literally just a washer between a bolt head and a rubber. Genuine Honda Sealing Washer 34.5mm for CBR1000RR 2014This was the seal for the bolt to the oil cooler that had perished. There were a lot of leaks all over this bike and tracking them all back was a bit of a pain but needed to be done. Finding the right sealing washer for this bike was easy using the Honda schematics. Once with this part number I checked Webike and found the right one. The cost from Webike was a lot cheaper than I could have sourced locally. I did have a lot of little parts I needed for this bike and got them all shipped in the same order to save some shipping costs. Not that the shipping is expensive anyway, I use EMS and the price is cheap enough but the service is second to none that I have used from Webike. The orders arrive in 5 days from being shipped which works out perfect for me as I know when the order will arrive. The sealing washer arrived well packaged in it's own Honda packet and also inside a small plastic bag along with some of the other smaller parts to keep them safe. This seal is a little larger than some of the other ones but does looks a really precise and hard wearing one. To be fair, this does need to be pretty sturdy to be able to withstand the heat that comes off the oil cooler anyway. Fitting was pretty straight forward and not a long job at all. Yet another seal that had perished on this lovely CBR1000RR. Not a problem as we were rebuilding it anyway so one more seal was easy enough to find. I use Honda schematics and then search the part on Webike. The price on Webike was better than I could source locally. I was buying a few other parts anyway so it just made sense to get the all at the same time and from the same company. EMS is who I use these days as they deliver my orders fast and efficiently. In 5 days my order arrived, it was well packaged and no problems with any damage. The outer seal was inside the standard Honda packet. It was also taped to a small piece on cardboard by Webike warehouse to make sure it did not bend. This is a pretty flimsy looking seal but it is strong too. This was another seal that was needed for the CBR1000RR 2014 that came in for a refresh/rebuild. This seal was one the one that seals the water temperature sensor into the thermostat. It was well and truly perished and needed changing out. Finding the right one was pretty easy using the Honda schematics for the CBR1000RR 2014 model. Webike had this on sale at the time of ordering but the price was super cheap anyway. Added to the long list of parts needed for this bike I had them all shipped together. I use EMS as they just get my orders delivered in super fast time. In 5 days the entire order arrived. The packets inside were well packed and protected, including this small washer. Webike put all the really small parts inside a plastic bag to keep them safe and then inside a bubble wrap packet too. The washer is a really neat part and I think stainless steel. It is essentially a crush washer. The specifications were spot on which you would expect anyway from an OEM Honda part. It has done it's job in sealing between the cylinder and the engine oil temperature sensor.Products to buy together, To be able to complete a new engine build many newly purchased parts are required to be added to your cart but the most important to go with the oil bolt washer is the sensor guard as they all work together on the installation.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the oil bolt washer for my installation was very easy due to the ease of access and the process is explained in the service manual which is to be tightened to the required torque value.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great.
