This was another seal that was needed for the CBR1000RR 2014 that came in for a refresh/rebuild. This seal was one the one that seals the water temperature sensor into the thermostat. It was well and truly perished and needed changing out. Finding the right one was pretty easy using the Honda schematics for the CBR1000RR 2014 model. Webike had this on sale at the time of ordering but the price was super cheap anyway. Added to the long list of parts needed for this bike I had them all shipped together. I use EMS as they just get my orders delivered in super fast time. In 5 days the entire order arrived. The packets inside were well packed and protected, including this small washer. Webike put all the really small parts inside a plastic bag to keep them safe and then inside a bubble wrap packet too. The washer is a really neat part and I think stainless steel. It is essentially a crush washer. The specifications were spot on which you would expect anyway from an OEM Honda part. After the owner decided to change the exhaust on this CB1000R 2019, the exhaust gaskets were in need of a new ones too. No point in adding an old ones when it will probably not work for long and then you have the job of removing the pipes again to do it right. Not a massive job but you might as well get the new gaskets beforehand really. Finding this gaskets for this bike was not super hard or anything as this also fit a lot of other, older Honda models, so they are readily available. Webike price was really good value and added to some other parts already in my basket, the shipping worked out well. Shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days from shipping. Well packaged, the standard Honda packets that these gaskets came in and were also inside a bubble wrap envelope to keep them safe. The gaskets are nothing really special but it does hold an important jobs, to keep all the emissions going one way. Very tidy little gaskets and easily fitted in a few minutes. About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is aluminum.About the feeling of use, Just one oil bolt washer was needed for the new engine that I am building from newly purchased part from Honda. It has done it's job in sealing between the cylinder and the engine oil temperature sensor.Products to buy together, To be able to complete a new engine build many newly purchased parts are required to be added to your cart but the most important to go with the oil bolt washer is the sensor guard as they all work together on the installation.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the oil bolt washer for my installation was very easy due to the ease of access and the process is explained in the service manual which is to be tightened to the required torque value.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great. You receive an original Honda oil bolt washer that will be suitable for most engine builds and repairs and I do not see this being offered any cheaper elsewhere.About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched.
